GM-Licensed Corvette Bodies
Vette Industries, LLC, is now offering complete '63 to '67 Corvette coupe and convertible bodies for sale in both woven prepreg fiberglass and prepreg carbon fiber. The U.S.-made materials used are designed to create stronger, lighter and more environmentally friendly panels, resulting in the highest-quality results for any build.
Fully licensed by GM, Vette Industries bodies use all factory mounting locations for use with an original Corvette chassis or any number of aftermarket chassis options. Vette Industries also offers its own custom WideBody C2 with an overall extra width of 3 in. for wider wheel and tire options, more advanced suspension and overall better handling.

ARP 8740 Oil Pump Driveshaft
Automotive Racing Products (ARP) released its new ARP 8740 Oil Pump Driveshaft featuring centerless ground for increased concentricity for Chevrolet Big Blocks with 0.400 raised camshafts. The driveshaft is heat treated prior to machining for increased fatigue strength and is rated at 190,000-psi minimum tensile strength. The shaft diameter is larger than the OEM version, allowing for the use of higher-viscosity oils and high-capacity pumps. In addition, ARP uses a unique manufacturing process where the alignment sleeve is roll formed onto the shaft (not welded or pinned), enabling the sleeve to float and allowing for slight misalignment.

High Performance Class 3 Retro-Fit Camshaft
Melling's new Class 3 Retro-Fit hydraulic roller camshaft for '63-'95 Ford 302 engines and '69-'96 Ford 351W engines is now available. Comprised of billet steel, the component features a small base circle and offers an RPM range of 2,000-5,500. It may require additional engine modifications and is not California-compliant.
