Petraitis works in Wholesale Support at The Retrofit Source LLC—an automotive aftermarket supplier of high-performance lighting upgrades for cars and trucks. SEMA: What is the best advice you have ever received?

Jennifer Petraitis: No matter where you go in this life, you're going to meet people who are going to provide you with the necessary tools for you to succeed in this life. Learn to use those tools when necessary; Nothing worth having comes easy.

SEMA: What keeps you involved in this industry?

JP: The ability to learn. The industry is constantly changing as we evolve. It keeps me on my toes.

SEMA: On a Saturday, where can you be found?

JP: You can find me running or traveling.  

SEMA: How do you prepare for an important meeting?

JP: Early. It’s always good to be early and prepared.

SEMA: If you could go to lunch with one industry leader, living or dead, who would it be?

JP: Mary Barra.
