Flowtech's introduces its cast-iron exhaust manifolds. The manifold is designed to hug close to the engine block to allow them to fit into a wide variety of replacement and engine-swap applications. Their cast-iron construction is engineered to provide durability. The design is manufactured to allow for routing exhaust tubing close to frame and/or floor pan. The cast-iron manifolds are constructed to withstand weathering.
Hooker Blackheart's announces the release of its transmission crossmember for GEN III Hemi Swaps for the Mopar B-Body. The crossmember is constructed to allow the installation of A727 3-speed, NAG1 5-Speed, and 8HP70 8-speed automatic transmissions. The crossmembers are designed to use GM-style transmission mounts for its compact design that allows for better ground clearance than the OEM crossmember.
Hooker BlackHeart has released its long-tube headers for the ‘66–’72 Mopar B-body Gen III Hemi. The headers are engineered to allow use of popular transmissions with either left- or right-hand starters and can clear the factory power steering box with no modifications. Installing a low-mount A/C compressor will require the use of a VVT (variable valve timing) front drive system (2009-and-up VVT accessory drive front cover). The headers are designed to provide the most ground clearance possible and clear the torsion bar front suspension.
MAHLE Motorsports announces the introduction of its Small-Block Chevy 305ci Flat Top PowerPak Plus Piston Kit. The kit is 4032 aluminum forged with asymmetrical valve pockets. Developed for a 3.480 stroke and 5.700 connecting rod, this kit is available to handle a range of compression ratios (58cc, 64cc or 70cc). The gas-ported version of this kit is also available.
Anvil Off-Road has released its 12-volt 3,500-lb. and 4,500-lb. winch for use on ATVs & UTVs. The winch is powered by a 2hp 12-volt permanent magnet motor. Featuring a 5mm x 32-ft. synthetic rope and aluminum Hawse fairlead, each kit includes the winch, fairlead, mounting plate, solenoid, handlebar switch, wireless remote, wire and hardware.
Anvil Off-Road introduces its 17,000-lb. electric winch for use on 1-ton trucks as well as equipment trailers. The winch features a 7hp 12-volt motor and 3-stage planetary gear for 17,000 lbs. of pulling capacity (single line). The winches are available with a metal cable and 4-way roller fairlead and include a wireless remote control when situations make it difficult to reach the wired switch. Anvil's winch kits include the winch, fairlead, solenoid, wired switch, wireless remote, wire and hardware.
Permatex has released its Ultra Red RTV Gasket Maker. It is designed to meet the needs of high-temperature repairs. The gasket maker is manufactured to be sensor-safe, low-odor, non-corrosive, and to meet performance specs of OE silicone gaskets. The formula is engineered to be resistant to high temperature and high adhesion while also remaining resistant to oils and common shop fluids. The gasket maker is constructed to perform at temperatures of up to 650°F (343°C).
Permatex launches its The Right Stuff Red 90 Minute RTV Gasket Maker. The gasket maker is designed to be the only high-temperature gasket maker in a tube that can quickly return a vehicle to service in 90 minutes while maintaining reliable and long-lasting seals. It is constructed to perform with temperatures of up to 650°F(343°C).
