Sinister Diesel Coolant Filtration System
Sinister Diesel has released its Coolant Filtration Kit for the ’17–’20 Ford F-250–450 with the 6.7L Powerstroke V-8. The application will come standard with a CAT filter, and all hoses are multi-layer silicone hoses rated for coolant. This kit is designed to bypass and filter small amounts of the engine’s coolant while the engine is running. The CNC-machined billet 6061 aluminum anodized construction filter boss attaches to a supplied bracket, which mounts to factory holes. The boss includes two threaded inlet ports and one outlet port. This kit includes all fittings needed for installation. It is recommended to replace the first filter at 500 miles with replacement of the second and third filters at 3,000 miles each.
