Master Mechanic: Cognito Motorsports Inc. is hiring a master mechanic to project manage the evolution of product concepts through all phases of development, including design, prototyping, fitting, testing and manufacturing, and review product design for compliance with engineering principles, company standards and customer contract requirements and related specifications. Qualified candidates will have a B.S. degree in engineering, hands-on experience with computer-aided engineering and computer-aided manufacturing and familiarity with 2-D or 3-D engineering design and manufacturing tools.
Sales Manager: U.K.-based MSS is hiring a U.S. sales manager to develop and manage sales growth in the United States. Candidates should have experience in the automotive aftermarket and be able to develop key relationships with dealers, distributors and OEs. The position is home-based but will require travel to visit customers and keep a friendly and proactive face to the brand throughout the United States.

Under the supervision of a senior account executive or account supervisor, account coordinators will learn how to develop and implement dynamic PR and social media strategies; maintain relationships with journalists; communicate directly with clients; attend events and trade shows to support clients; facilitate interviews with the media; capture content for social-media use; and create monthly, quarterly and yearly reports for clients. Please note, this is an entry-level position.
The ideal candidate will be a capable writer, have an understanding of the current media landscape (everything from social influencer outreach to blogs to print pubs) and the PR process, have a working knowledge of major social-media channels and must have a passion for communication.
Suspension and Accessories Engineer: ReadyLIFT is hiring a suspension and accessories engineer responsible and accountable for creating new products that meet ReadyLIFT’s highest quality standards while fitting a particular brand’s DNA in a fast-paced timeline with the overall goal of first to market. Engineers are responsible for overseeing the design project from kick-off to completion, using solid organizational skills to facilitate the design, construction, testing and validation of prototype kits utilizing SolidWorks modeling capabilities and in-house fabrication capabilities. Candidates must have a minimum of a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, industrial/product design or equivalent from an accredited or equivalent program and/or automotive trade experience with expertise in suspension design, fabrication and manufacturing. A minimum of four to eight professional years’ experience with vehicle or suspension engineering is preferred.
