Legislation (S.B. 666) in West Virginia to aid and incentivize the construction of motorsports complexes passed the Senate and currently awaits consideration in the House Finance Committee. S.B. 666 exempts certain building materials from the sales tax and provides the process by which a qualified company may claim the exemption.
