A bill was introduced to change the law so that the initial registration of passenger vehicles will never expire.

A bill was introduced to change the law so that the initial registration of passenger vehicles will never expire. The one-time registration only becomes void upon transfer of vehicle ownership. The bill is currently in the Assembly Transportation and Independent Authorities Committee.
