The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in automotive products and agility at learning new products and attributes; excellent research skills; a technical mindset for analyzing products, technical drawings and blueprints; a minimum of three years of product R&D, parts counter, automotive catalog or tech support experience; and an associate’s degree.
Automotive Customer Service/Tech: Energy Suspension is hiring an automotive customer service/tech to provide customer service, automotive product application information, technical assistance, order processing and respond to emails. Occasional travel to local trade shows and events is required. The ideal candidate will have basic automotive knowledge and prior customer service experience, be proficient with proactive outbound calls to the customer base, have Excel knowledge and great organizational skills. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, and ACES and PIES knowledge is preferred.
