Legislation has been introduced to require the state to create and publicly post a list of state-managed areas where the operation of off-highway vehicles (OHVs) by the public is permitted.

Legislation has been introduced to require that the state to create and publicly post a list of state-managed areas where the operation of off-highway vehicles (OHVs) by the public is permitted. The bill will be considered by the House Agriculture and Natural Resources Committee.
