While the first new-product submission is always free, the deadline to enter an additional product in the New Products Showcase and receive the advance rate of $75 is Friday, October 9. After the deadline, the fee is $150 for each additional product entered into the Showcase. Budget Checklist Double check your Show prep.

The budget checklist form allows you to keep track of all your costs and ensure that you are adequately prepared for your experience at the SEMA Show. Exhibitor Appointed Contractor (EAC) Application – If you are using one, you must submit the EAC form.

EACs must conform to the EAC Rules of the SEMA Show and the Las Vegas Convention Center & Visitors Authority. Further, you must complete the EAC form by Friday, October 16. Third-party contractors subject to the EAC Rules are any companies and/or individuals that provide services to exhibitors, including, but not limited to, an installation and dismantling company, exhibit builder, sound and lighting company, production or promotion company, model or hostess service, florist, computer rental, detailer or any person or company providing direct services other than the official contractors listed in Exhibitor Services on SEMAshow.com

 Mothers Vehicle Wipe-Down
Mothers’ Vehicle Wipe-Down service is available to the first 200 exhibitors who submit applications by October 2.
  

Mothers Offers Free Vehicle Wipe-Down Service

Mothers Polishes-Waxes-Cleaners will sponsor a free vehicle wipe-down program for 2015 SEMA Show exhibitors. The service is limited to the first 200 exhibitors, with applications due October 2. One booth or feature vehicle per exhibitor is eligible and will receive a wipe-down each day of the Show.

Exhibitors that require Internet service for their booths at the 2015 SEMA Show are encouraged to access the Internet/Network order form to see the packages available. Exhibitors that place orders prior to Friday, October 9, will receive a 20% discount.
