Several artists from the Automotive Fine Arts Society (AFAS) will display their best automotive artwork at the 2014 SEMA Show Art Walk, Tuesday, November 4, through Friday, November 7.

The Art Walk will feature works on display from some of the world’s leading automotive artists on the Skybridge between the South and Central halls of the Las Vegas Convention Center (LVCC). Visitors will be able to meet the artists, see their latest creations and even leave with a souvenir for the office or home.

“As the subject for many of the world’s most talented artists, cars have inspired artistic creativity for over a century,” said Chris Kersting, President and CEO of SEMA. “This inspiration has influenced vehicle designers, bringing the worlds of traditional artists and vehicle engineers together. The unity of these two worlds will be apparent at the SEMA Show Art Walk, where showgoers will be able to see firsthand the creativity and talent that the artists bring to the industry.”

The SEMA Art Walk will take place in the South Hall, Skybridge Tuesday–Thursday, November 4–6, from 9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m., and Friday, November 7, from 9:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m. AFAS artists attending this year include Ken Eberts, Tom Fritz, Bill Motta and Dennis Brown.

“The SEMA Art Walk offers a fantastic venue to exhibit our most recent pieces," said Ken Eberts, AFAS president and founding member. “We are honored to be among the few artist to be invited to attend the Art Walk. SEMA patrons appreciate all things automotive and we’re thrilled to be able to share our passion for automotive art with enthusiasts from around the world.”

AFAS was created in 1983 by six artists, and shortly after, the Society made its first appearance as a group at the Pebble Beach Concours d’ Elegance, which they are still a part of the event today. The exclusive group is comprised of 25 members worldwide who demonstrate talent, innovation and an undeniable passion for the automobile.
