More than 700 professionals from around the specialty-equipment industry gathered July 17 at SEMA Headquarters in Diamond Bar, California, for the SEMA Garage Open House. Guests received an insider’s look at the Garage’s many capabilities and ways in which it can be of great use to members for product R&D, marketing, educational sessions and more. Open House guests took tours of the facility throughout the evening, while being treated to music, complimentary food and beverages and an environment filled with automotive excitement.

Here is a look at the special evening through the Facebook SEMA Garage Open House photo album.

The state-of-the-art Garage contains an emissions lab, installation center, photo cove and training center. The comprehensive facilities are available for SEMA members to use for product development and marketing, installations, emissions testing and training.

All of the services available through the SEMA Garage are intended to help members bring their products to market faster and for a fraction of the cost of similar facilities. SEMA’s hope is that members will utilize the Garage to its full potential and be able to see a product come to fruition all the way from early concept to a finished, photographed state.

The Open House is the first of many events to showcase the incredible capabilities of the Garage and to familiarize members with its use.

Read more about the tools and equipment available to members through “The New SEMA Garage” in the July issue of SEMA News.
