Selecting hotel rooms for the week of the SEMA Show is a different experience for each Showgoer due to the varying accommodation requirements for tens of thousands of media representatives, buyers and exhibitor personnel.
While exhibitors looking for rooms for multiple employees may consider booking at hotels with lower per-night rates, other Showgoers, such as media representatives, may select rooms based on locations close to the Las Vegas Convention for travel convenience. Others may forgo concerns of location and price and opt to stay in the finer, higher-rated hotel locations Vegas has to offer.
To provide Showgoers with a range of hotel options to meet a variety of needs, SEMA partners with the Travel Planners, the official hotel provider of the 2014 SEMA Show. Companies making hotel arrangements for the 2014 SEMA Show are encouraged to be vigilant if approached by other companies or services (other than Travel Planners) that imply or claim to be an official housing provider of the SEMA Show. Show management has been made aware of housing agencies aggressively pursuing businesses and individuals to book rooms through their company at considerable discounts. Reservations made through an agency other than Travel Planners will be at your own risk.
