This year the SEMA Show’s annual Industry Awards Banquet celebration will include an unprecedented number of celebrities, entertainers and industry leaders, plus great food and music. The event takes place Thursday night, November 7, at the LVH Paradise Event Center in Las Vegas.
Comedians John Heffron of Comedy Central fame and Jon Reep—“The HEMI Guy”—will perform during the dinner. The SEMA After-Party, also being held at the LVH Paradise Event Center from 10:00 p.m.–11:00 p.m., will feature "American Idol" winner Taylor Hicks performing a 60-minute acoustic set.
Also on stage that evening will be Jessi Combs and Bogi Lateiner from Velocity's "All Girl Garage," Alex Debogorski from "Ice Road Truckers," Lou Santiago and Jared Zimmerman from "Velocity's Car Fix" and Dan Short from Velocity's "Fantomworks."
Industry leaders will include Chip Foose and new SEMA Hall of Fame inductees George Barris, Eric Grant, “Gentleman” Joe Schubeck and Wade Kawasaki. Also in attendance will be SEMA Board Chairman Nate Shelton and SEMA Chair-elect Doug Evans.
