The 2012 SEMA Industry Awards Banquet—a popular annual event held on the final night of the SEMA Show—will appropriately be themed, "Innovations of Generations," and feature a rare performance by renowned comedian and fellow gearhead Christopher Titus.

This year, the SEMA Industry Awards Banquet is Thursday, November 1, and is open to all SEMA Showgoers. The evening starts with a cocktail hour at 6:00 p.m., followed by the gala dinner and awards ceremony at 7:30 p.m. The banquet program ends at 10:00 p.m. Tickets for the event are $50

The event serves as a celebration of the specialty-equipment industry and provides the backdrop for the presentation of SEMA's Industry Awards, which include the SEMA Person of the Year, SEMA WD of the Year and SEMA Manufacturers’ Rep Agency of the Year.

Additional highlights include Michael Grimm, 2010 winner of "America's Got Talent," who will perform during the banquet's cocktail reception—which will be extended from 6:00 p.m.–7:30 p.m. and take place on the LVH Patio—and the After Party—featuring live music from 10:00 p.m.–11:30 p.m. inside the Banquet Hall.

The 2012 SEMA Show is set for Tuesday–Friday, October 30–November 2, at the Las Vegas Convention Center. Visit www.SEMAShow.com for registration and for the latest Show information, including celebrity appearances, educational seminars, exhibitor lists and floorplans and more.
