The WD-40/SEMA Cares Project Vehicle will be unveiled at the 2011 SEMA Show.
The final touches are being made on the WD-40/SEMA Cares Project Vehicle as Chip Foose and his team finish giving it his signature style and attitude to wow attendees of this year’s SEMA Show. Leading specialty-equipment market companies donating parts, equipment and services to the project include: Street Scene Equipment, Advanced Clutch Technology Inc., BASF Paint, Hotchkis Suspension, Katzkin Leather, K&N Filters, Lanzini Body Works, Magnaflow Exhaust, MHT Wheels and Pirelli Tires. Cie Games is also creating a virtual version of the vehicle to appear in Nitto 1320 Legends—an online racing game and social network.

After debuting at the SEMA Show, where attendees will finally learn the vehicle's make, model and design, the WD-40/SEMA Cares Project Vehicle will appear at select West Coast automotive events and then be auctioned off at the Barrett-Jackson Collector Car Auction, January 15–22, in Scottsdale, Arizona. All proceeds of the vehicle’s sale will benefit the Childhelp and Victory Junction Camp children’s charities.
