Exhibitor Series Pt. 2: Navigating the Online Exhibitor Manual


SEMA will present its second webinar in a two-part exploration of necessary information to help SEMA Show exhibitors make good choices so they can optimize their Show experience (Part 1 may be accessed in the webinar archives).

This session will consist of a walk-through of the Exhibitor Manual. Which forms do you need to complete and which ones should you look at? What do you absolutely need? How can you create a timeline? Are the deadlines really deadlines?

 This webinar will review critical items, including:

  • Budget Worksheet: Upon completion, it will automatically add up all your anticipated expenses, giving you an idea of what you will spend.

  • Deadlines Checklist: You can save money on all the items you order for the Show just by applying for programs and supplies by the deadline. Also, this is a great way to see and take advantage of every program SEMA has to offer.

  • Who are the official contractors? What services can they offer?
