SEMA Partners With Major Powersports Publication for the 2009 SEMA Show

Powersports Business will be the official sponsor of the new Powersports & Utility Vehicles section of the SEMA Show.

Readers may recall in the May 28 issue of SEMA eNews mention of a soon-to-be-announced strategic partnership with a leading powersports trade publication. Well, the wraps are off and the promotions are underway.

In an effort to better connect the powersports industry, SEMA has formed a marketing partnership with Powersports Business magazine that includes official sponsorship of the Powersports Business Conference & Expo in Indianapolis, Indiana, on August 31–September 1.

Additionally, Powersports Business will be the official section sponsor of the SEMA Show Daily and the all-new Powersports & Utility Vehicles section of the SEMA Show, November 3–6, in Las Vegas.

"This partnership will help to identify cross-selling opportunities between the automotive specialty-equipment and powersports industries," said Tom Myroniak, VP of Marketing and Member Services at SEMA.

"With significant overlap in lifestyle activities and interests between powersports and traditional SEMA consumers, we expect this effort will create value for show participants."
