|SEMA Show organizers have announced a Leads Guaranteed Program designed
to reassure exhibitors that the 2009 event is on track to deliver
high-quality buyers. |
The list will be prioritized so that exhibitors can see who the best matches are and will include the tools necessary to reach out and communicate with the buyers at least a month before the SEMA Show takes place on November 3–6, in Las Vegas.
“We know that exhibitors' biggest concern is connecting with quality buyers,” said Peter MacGillivray, SEMA vice president of communications and events. “The Leads Guarantee Program is more than just an assurance that buyers will be at the Show. It’s a valuable tool that will help exhibitors identify the most relevant buyers, easily connects them with one another and provides a new opportunity to win business.”
The lists will be personalized for each exhibitor and include only preregistered buyers whose product interest and company type matches that of the exhibiting company. Exhibitors that do not have at least 1,000 matches will be eligible to withdraw from the SEMA Show without any financial penalties.
Companies that reserve their booth space by Friday, May 22, will be able to secure the best booth location by taking part in the Priority Booth Selection Process, which begins Tuesday June 16. Space will continue to be assigned after the drawing on a first-come, first-served basis.
