reports that Auto Meter Products will acquire the rights to manufacture
the air core movement to power its automotive performance gauges from SIMCO Limited of Lapeer, Michigan. The
company has also acquired the exclusive rights to manufacture and sell
the Micro Air Core movements in the performance automotive aftermarket.
The terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
