 New Products Showcase
Exhibitors: Enter the 2015 SEMA Show New Products Showcase here. Approximately 20% of all Show buyers are attending the SEMA Show for the first time, adding more value to the featured product category for exhibitors looking to promote existing lines to new customers.

By Jason Catullo

SEMA Show Management reports that interest in the New Products Showcase is at an all-time high, resulting in an unprecedented number of entries for the 2015 Show.

The New Products Showcase is a dedicated section of the Show that highlights new and signature products from exhibiting companies. Exhibitors can enter the first product into the New Products Showcase for free, and each additional submission is $150 per product category. The 2015 Showcase is located on the bridge between the Central and South Halls at the west end of the Las Vegas Convention Center.

Products that do not qualify as new can be entered in the Featured Products category, providing exhibitors with the opportunity to generate interest and awareness for a particular product or product line of their choice.

As the No. 1 buyer and media destination, exhibitors who participate in the Showcase tend to have greater product awareness, more traffic at their booths and increased media coverage from the SEMA Show. Approximately 20% of all Show buyers are attending the SEMA Show for the first time, so the featured products category is especially valuable to exhibitors that may want to promote an existing line to new customers. While there have been an unprecedented number of submissions, the Showcase is equipped to accommodate as many exhibitors as possible.

“Exhibitors are realizing the value of the Showcase as a tool to generate more product and brand awareness,” explained SEMA Trade Shows Director Tom Gattuso. “The Showcase is equipped to accommodate more exhibitors who are ready to build on their SEMA Show investment and gain additional publicity.”

To make it easy for visitors to connect with manufacturers of products they see in the Showcase, buyers and media can use scanners to create a personalized list of products in which they are interested. Information, including company name and booth location, will be included on the list based on what products are scanned.

Every product entered in the Showcase features detailed product information, as well as traditional descriptive signs, adding a layer of convenience for buyers and media. They will also be promoted to the media and the product information is available to buyers at the Show. All of the products in the Showcase are photographed and featured on www.SEMAphotos.com.

Exhibitors can enter products into the Showcase using an online form. To learn more, visit www.SEMAShow.com or contact sales@sema.org, 909-396-0289.
