Assembly Member Timothy Grayson (D) was elected to serve in the California Assembly in November 2016 as the representative of the 14th District, which encompasses portions of Contra Costa and Solano Counties. He says, “Since I was a teenager, I’ve enjoyed the challenge and satisfaction that comes with customizing my cars. I’m a proud owner of classic cars but I’m even more proud of the opportunity to support this exciting and innovative hobby.”

Among his family’s collection are two classic Ford Mustangs, including a ’67 Fastback and a ’65 coupe that is currently being restored. For demonstrating his commitment to the hobby, Assembly Member Grayson was introduced as the winner of the Stephen B. McDonald Legislator of the Year award at the 2019 SEMA Show. Learn more.

FedEx is an essential business keeping commerce moving and delivering critical relief during the COVID-19 crisis. The carrier is still delivering under state of emergency and shelter in place restrictions issued in various parts of the world.

These restrictions are disrupting the global supply chain. Air cargo capacity is limited, and FedEx has had to make adjustments so that international networks can best deliver much-needed goods and services in this constrained environment.

To continue providing the best possible service during this time, FedEx has announced that it is implementing a temporary surcharge on all FedEx Express international parcel and freight shipments beginning April 6.

Visit FedEx’s website for the most current information on the carrier’s response to COVID-19.

For more surcharge details, visit the FedEx website.
