Diamond Bar, CA (July 10, 2014) - The SEMA Data Co-op (SDC) has recruited three new staff members to fill critical roles as the organization grows. The focus for these new hires includes systems development, member recruitment and product data services.

"Naveed Durrani joins the SDC as Senior Developer, and will be initially focused on the design and coding of SEMA Search, an online electronic catalog of products represented in the SDC repository that is due for launch just prior to the SEMA Show." said Bob Castle, VP of eBusiness and I.T. at the SDC. "We have also hired Stephanie Jones, a well respected data analyst and project manager who came to us after many years with Global Accessories and Covercraft. We look forward to really ramping up the rollout of system enhancements and services with the help of these two very qualified experts."

In addition, to help support the SEMA Data Co-op's continued membership growth which is now approaching nearly 700 Supplier and Receiver members, Allen Horwitz has joined the SDC as Membership manager. "I'm really excited to have Allen on board" said Jim Graven, Director of Membership for the SDC. "He brings an impressive history of experience in the technology arena and has a strong sales and marketing background. Allen is an enthusiastic advocate for business technology, and is looking forward to working with existing and new members."

Since launching in 2013, the SDC has grown to include more than 290 industry brands and over 390 data Receivers. Over 1.5 million part numbers and over 30 million vehicle application records are available now through the SDC, and those numbers are growing every day.

"It's great to see the momentum build with this important effort" said Jon Wyly, CEO. "Not only have we brought to the market the technology needed to truly self-manage product data, but we are building a team of experts second to none in the industry to insure success for all involved".
