First-Ever SEMA Conference Dedicated to Online Marketing Announced
-- Registration includes free admission to 2009 SEMA Show --

DIAMOND BAR, Calif. (August 5, 2009) – SEMA is dedicating an entire day to helping vehicle and vehicle aftermarket companies learn how to profit and promote themselves through the Internet. The one-day conference takes place in Las Vegas, Nevada, on Monday, November 2, 2009 — the day before the official opening of the 2009 SEMA Show taking place in the same location on November 3 - 6, 2009 — and includes free admission to this year's annual trade-only event.

"The Internet is a powerful medium and has become a critical business tool," said Nathan Ridnouer, SEMA vice president of membership and councils. "We've gathered some of the top Internet marketing experts for this unprecedented conference. Participants will discover proven strategies and hidden secrets for online marketing success."

Titled "Online Marketing Conference 2009: Your No B.S. Day to Mastering Internet Marketing," the program marks the first time SEMA has ever focused an entire training day at the SEMA Show to a single topic.

"With today's challenging economy, members are increasingly turning to SEMA for guidance and solutions," said Ridnouer. "We are responding by providing programs that have the greatest benefit and interest. Our data tells us that online marketing is of huge importance to our members, and also an area that members are confused about."

Presenters will be dispelling common myths and focus on tools and strategies applicable to today's quick-changing environment.

"The Internet is changing quickly. In fact, online marketing has moved beyond the computer and has penetrated everyday cell phones," said Ridnouer. "This is one conference where members will be able to learn what's working now, and gain great insight into the future."

The program will cover such topics as:

- The Skinflint's Guide to More Free Website Traffic
- How to Make Profit with Google AdWords and Paid Search Advertising
- The Ultimate Guide to Turning Website Visitors into Customers
- How to Use Twitter, Facebook, MySpace and Others for Social Media Marketing
- No B.S. Guide to Measuring Results in a Tough Economy

Qualified professionals in the automotive industry may register for the conference at www.semashow.com/omc for $199 per person, which includes free admission to the 2009 SEMA Show. The program is valued at more than $1,500, based on costs for other one-day Internet marketing programs. Additionally, SEMA is offering a money-back guarantee to those not fully satisfied with what they learn at the conference.

The annual SEMA Show serves as the industry's showcase for new product, technology and business announcements. The 2009 Show will take place Tuesday - Friday, November 3 - 6, 2009. Businesses from throughout the United States and the world are attracted to this one-of-a-kind event. SEMA Show registration information is available at www.semashow.com.
