2010 SEMA SHOW EXHIBITOR SERVICES MANUAL NOW AVAILABLE
Valuable Show Resource Available to Exhibitors Earlier Than Ever Before

DIAMOND BAR, Calif. (June 11, 2010) – The 2010 SEMA Show Exhibitor Services Manual (ESM) is now available at www.SEMAShow.com/esm, making this the earliest that the document has ever been offered to exhibitors of the annual trade show.

With more than 1,400 companies taking part in the Exhibit Booth Space Selection Process this month, the ESM will be a valuable resource to helping companies plan and prepare for the upcoming show on Tuesday-Friday, November 2-5, 2010, in Las Vegas, Nevada.

“There’s a lot of excitement and anticipation for the 2010 SEMA Show,” said Peter MacGillivray, SEMA VP of events and communications. “We’re finding that companies are committing to exhibiting earlier than usual, and they want to start preparing for the Show as soon as possible.”

The ESM serves as a ‘How To’ guide for making exhibitors’ experience at the SEMA Show as productive and successful as possible. This comprehensive manual provides exhibitors with everything they need for the show and this year it’s been made available a month earlier than ever before to allow exhibitors to begin the planning process sooner. Available online, the ESM features an easy-to-use search function to make it simple for exhibitors to find what they need any time of the day or night.

Among the forms included in the ESM are applications for entering the New Products Showcase, conducting a press conference, displaying a feature vehicle, ordering electricity, arranging for booth carpet, ordering food and beverages, announcing a celebrity guest appearance and more.

For more information about the ESM, contact the Show Management Exhibitor Services Department at 702/450-7662, ext. 120, or sema-exhibit@convexx.com.
