Chevrolet Spark

When It Hits: Priddy expects the Chevrolet Spark to receive a slight facelift before hitting dealerships sometime in 2012.

What Priddy Says: This Spark is sporting a new grille, new foglights and a redesigned lower fascia, and the engine will be upgraded for the U.S. release. Priddy expects the 1.4L four-cylinder to power the U.S.-spec Spark

     

Acura Sedan for 2013 

When It Hits: The upscale sedan riding on the Civic platform is due to arrive as early as the ’13 model year.

What Priddy Says: Although it’s riding on the Honda Civic platform, Priddy says that this is not a rebadged Honda. The Integra/RSX will be larger than its Civic cousin and have unique styling and sheetmetal.

         
         
         

Corvette C7

When It Hits: Production of the C7 is expected to begin in June 2013 at GM’s Bowling Green facility and should hit dealerships in the first quarter of 2014.

What Priddy Says: According to the shooters on sight and based on how the mule is riding on the chassis, Priddy’s team estimates that the C7 will measure about 2 in. to 3 in. narrower and 2 in. to 3 in. longer than the current C6.

 
     

Subaru BRZ

When It Hits: The final version of Subaru’s all-new, rear-wheel-drive coupe will debut at the Tokyo Motor Show early this month.

What Priddy Says: Along with Subaru’s version, both Toyota and Scion offer their versions of the coupe—although all will be built at Subaru’s facility in Gunma, Japan. All of the cars will be powered by Subaru’s 2.0L boxer engine and will be available with either six-speed automatic or six-speed manual transmissions.
