Webinar Identifies Best Practices for Returning Employees to Work After COVID-19

By SEMA Washington, D.C., Staff

As the country sets its sights on efforts to recover from the COVID-19 epidemic, a critical element will be reopening businesses and putting employees back to work. SEMA is pleased to provide free access to a one-hour webinar and slides recorded May 7, 2020, which covers best practices and significant problem areas for small businesses to be aware of as they plan to bring employees back into the workplace. For access to the webinar, send an email to members@sema.org with the subject line “Webinar Link” and we will send you the link, username and password.

The webinar is presented by Jessica Summers, Esq., the strategic policy director for the Small Business Legislative Council (SBLC). Summers is also a principal in the Employment Law Group at the Law Firm of Paley Rothman in Bethesda, Maryland. SEMA is a member of the SBLC—a coalition of trade and professional associations that help influence legislative and federal policy on issues of importance to the small business community.
