Legislation (S.B. 667) in West Virginia to create the West Virginia Motorsports Committee to aid in the development of racing events and facilities throughout the state is currently awaiting consideration in the House Government Organization Committee.

Legislation (S.B. 667) in West Virginia to create the West Virginia Motorsports Committee to aid in the development of racing events and facilities throughout the state passed the Senate and is currently awaiting consideration in the House Government Organization Committee.

S.B. 667 creates the West Virginia Motorsports Committee in order to enhance existing racing at current facilities and to develop a strategy to create further opportunities for new and larger events and facilities.
