Legislation (L.B. 38) has been introduced in the Nebraska Legislature to require the issuance of only a single license plate for all motor vehicles.

Legislation (L.B. 38) has been introduced in the Nebraska Legislature to require the issuance of only a single license plate for all motor vehicles. If passed, the bill would protect the aesthetic contours of cars and relieve vehicle owners of the burden of having to create mounting holes on some original bumpers.

L.B. 38 currently awaits consideration in the Transportation and Telecommunications Committee.
