The Oklahoma House passed a bill that allows for the titling of high-mobility multipurpose vehicles although the vehicles are not permitted on interstate highways.

The Oklahoma House passed a bill that allows for the titling of high-mobility multipurpose vehicles although the vehicles are not permitted on interstate highways. These vehicles are not currently allowed to be titled. The bill has been sent to the Senate Appropriations Committee for consideration.
