This update is the second in a series designed to help attendees have a successful 2015 SEMA Show experience. The five SEMA Show related features and planning tips below will help attendees get the most from the Show and stay current with the latest Show and exhibitor news.
Number 1.
Visit the New Products Showcase – Known as the No. 1 SEMA Show destination for buyers and media, the showcase has a new, convenient location and extended hours. The 2015 New Products Showcase will be located on the Skybridge between Central and South Halls, opening Tuesday–Friday at 8:00 a.m.Buyers can take advantage of the free scanners available to get instant product information, including the exhibitor’s booth location, eliminating the need for buyers to take notes or rely on their memory. Number 2.
More Reasons Friday Is Better – All exhibitors are ready to do business on Friday, from 9:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m. at the Las Vegas Convention Center. The New Products Showcase, Ford Out Front, GM Proving Ground, SEMA Central, West Coast Customs Experience, Optima Alley and Baja 1000 Score Exhibit are also in operation on Friday. With the SEMA Battle of the Builders® competition, SEMA Cruise and the official industry after-party—SEMA Ignited—Friday is shaping up to be the best day of the Show.
Number 3.
New Performance Pavilion and First Time & Featured Exhibitor Areas –Located in the new Performance Pavilion, the newly added First Time & Featured Exhibitors area was created for first-time exhibitors and companies displaying products typically found in other sections of the Show. The Performance Pavilion also includes the West Coast Customs Experience (WCEE), powered by Toyota. The 2015 version of the WCCE features master classes in five premier categories of vehicle customization, including audio and video, interiors, paint and graphics, wrap and tint, and wheels, suspension and accessories.
This additional area, along with the three original First Time & Featured Exhibitors areas, showcases companies that are new to the SEMA Show and is a gateway to all-new and innovative brands and serve as extensions to the SEMA Show's 12 designated floor sections. These areas offer buyers more companies and products to help meet the demands of their customers.
The 2015 SEMA Show will include a total of four First-Time and Featured Exhibitors areas:
- Performance Pavilion: Located in the outside area south of the Las Vegas Convention Center, adjacent to the Renaissance Hotel
- Upper South: Located in the upper level of South Hall, on the east side
- Grand Lobby Meeting Rooms: Located in the Las Vegas Convention Center Meeting Rooms N100-120, between North and Central Halls just east of the Grand Lobby
- Westgate Pavilion: Located in the Pavilion area of the Westgate Hotel, just north of the Las Vegas Convention Center

Online Media Center Gives Buyers, Journalists Sneak Peek – Nearly 300 exhibitor press releases are posted on the SEMA Show Online Media Center, giving Showgoers a sneak peek of what to expect from exhibitors at this year’s Show. Product debuts, vehicle unveils and other SEMA Show activities are announced daily, so make sure you visit the online portal for the most up-to-date news.

BASF, Booth #21437 is now accepting entries for its first-ever Glasurit Best Paint Award, which will be presented by Chip Foose at the 2015 SEMA Show. The award will honor outstanding excellence in painting using the Glasurit 22, 55, or 90 line products.
PRW Industries Inc., Booth #24023 announces new PQX harmonic dampers for Honda and Nissan applications. These harmonic dampers are now available for your Honda/Acura B-series of Nissan L-series engine applications.
Kargo Master Safari, Booth #36119 announces the Kargo Master Safari Hinge Step, constructed of powder-coated, high-grade steel for a safe and convenient approach and departure of the rooftop for the Jeep Wrangler JK.
Purdie Rogers, Booth #35055 introduces a new 100XQ cap designed specifically for the ’15 Ford F-150. Available now from LEER dealers, the new cap is styled to complement the vehicle’s body lines and design elements.

Number 5.
Know the Layout - There are new Locations for Taxi and Shuttle Pick Up/Drop Off. This year’s Show features two convenient taxi/shuttle stops: the East end of the Grand Lobby and the East side of the Performance Pavilion, just outside the South Halls. When taking a cab or shuttle to the SEMA Show, determine first where you are going, then check to see which drop-off location is closest. The two stops can be as much as a 15-minute walk from where you are going.
