Booth applications for the 2015 SEMA Show are now available. Applications received before Monday, April 6, will be included in the Priority Booth Space Selection Process, where exhibitors will choose their booth location in the Las Vegas Convention Center. Before applying for your booth, make sure you avoid these three common pitfalls to make your application process as smooth as possible.

  1. Do not use Google Chrome. Unfortunately, the Chrome browser is not compatible with our application and creates a number of error messages if used during the application process.
  2. Entering your company name. If you are a returning exhibitor, make sure you enter your company name. You are already in our system, and we will be able to pull up some of your company information. Sometimes if you enter your full company name, it will not come up. Try typing in the first few letters and then clicking "search." If you are a new exhibitor, click on the area that says "If your company is not listed."
  3. 400 characters, not words. During Step 2, you will be asked to fill out a company description, giving a brief explanation of your products or services. To avoid receiving an "error" message after this step, ensure your description is no longer than 400 characters (letters and spaces). Usually this averages about 80 words.

After you submit your application, a confirmation email will be sent to the person listed as the SEMA Show contact. For more information about exhibiting at the SEMA Show, refer to the Exhibitor Rules & Regulations.
