Bill to Require Front and Rear License Plates Introduced in Michigan

By SEMA Washington, D.C., Staff

SEMA is opposing Michigan legislation to require the issuance of two license plates for motor vehicles. The state currently only requires one. Under the legislation, the plates would be attached to the front and rear of the vehicle. The bill will be considered by the Michigan Senate Transportation Committee.
