Submit Your Applications Now for GM Design Awards

	The General Motors Design Awards program will feature the best, most innovative builds in various categories. Apply to enter your vehicle now.

General Motors will again present Design Awards for various categories at this year’s SEMA Show. Categories will be divided into two groups:

• Vehicles: Cars, SUVs, trucks, hot rods, restored vehicles
• Technology: Component/system designs

Categories will be judged Monday–Wednesday, October 29–31. An award breakfast will be held Thursday, November 1, from 7:30 a.m.– 9:00 a.m. in the Las Vegas Convention Center. Since hundreds of applicants are expected, only the winners will be notified of the breakfast invitation Wednesday, October 31, 4:00 p.m.–5:00 p.m.

Feature vehicle display locations may not be provided until Sunday or Monday afternoon of the Show. Component Design Awards will be presented to the design/manufacturing company, and Vehicle Awards will be presented to the vehicle owner. Participants may submit applications for multiple vehicles and components.

The deadline to submit applications is Wednesday, October 24. Submit one vehicle or component application per sheet and fax the form(s) to 313-667-5001. Apply now, and provide location information to GM's Bob Kern via cell phone at 313-300-9471.
