Travel Planners is the official housing provider of the 2012 SEMA Show. Using Travel Planners ensures that exhibitors and attendees receive these exclusive benefits:
- No fees for changes for cancellations. Exhibitors and attendees can change or cancel reservations without a penalty up to 72 hours prior to the event.
- No prepayment is required.
- Points toward your hotel membership/loyalty programs.
- The Travel Planners service desk will be on site for full support from check-in to check-out.

Reservations made through an agency other than Travel Planners will be at your own risk.
