Exhibitors planning to make a newsworthy announcement that would appeal to a wide range of media may want to consider conducting a press conference at the 2011 SEMA Show.

With more than 2,500 members of the media expected to attend the 2011 Show, a press conference can be the ideal solution for communicating news to several reporters quickly and efficiently. For complete details or to schedule a press conference, access the form in the Exhibitor Manual. Under the “Marketing, Advertising & Sponsorships – Opportunities to Promote Your Booth” section on the right side, select the “Media/Press Conference Application” link. From there, enter your exhibitor company name and follow the step-by-step instructions.

All press conferences are scheduled by SEMA and included in an official schedule that is promoted to the media. The deadline for exhibitors to submit a press conference application is September 2, 2011. There is no cost to hold a press conference.
