ORDER YOUR LEAD RETRIEVAL MACHINE
SEMA has partnered once again with CompuSystems to provide you with tools for managing the entire lead retrieval process. Every attendee on the Show floor wears a badge that shows their name, title, company name and city/state. Embedded within a bar code on each badge is a great deal of key information about that attendee. CompuSystems offers a suite of lead management products and services designed to help exhibitors quickly and easily capture and qualify leads on the Show floor. Available are all types of lead retrieval needs: a handheld unit, a desktop unit with a paper printout, and a computer-based system for the more advanced user. Make the most of your investment in exhibiting at the SEMA Show, and turn your leads into sales! Simply click here or call 708/786-5565 for more information. You will need your SEMA password to access the CompuSystems dashboard. Once you have gained access with your password, click on the link to “Order Lead Retrieval” on your dashboard. The deadline for receiving the Advanced Early-Bird Rate is October 4, so act soon to get the best pricing.
HAVE YOU REGISTERED YOUR BOOTH PERSONNEL?
Don’t forget to register the people who are going to staff the booth—they will need a badge. Registration is available by clicking here. Free badges are available to exhibitors based on the size of their booth. Additional badges required over the allocated amount are $25 per badge. Exhibitor registration onsite is $25 per badge, regardless of any remaining allotment. Unique individual e-mail addresses are required to complete registration for booth personnel. In order to receive a badge, each registrant is required to confirm their e-mail address once registration is complete. If the e-mail is not confirmed prior to the badge mailing, the badges will be held for pick up at the Show.

FREE MATERIAL HANDLING PROGRAM CONTINUED FOR 2010
SEMA and Freeman are once again offering a free delivery service for small exhibitors. If you arrive on-site at the SEMA Show in a personally operated vehicle with less than 1,000 lbs. of freight total, Freeman labor will deliver your freight to your booth for FREE. This service will be available Saturday, October 30, and Sunday, October 31, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. and on Monday, November 1, 8:00 a.m.–2:30 p.m. This program is only available to companies with 1,000 lbs. of freight or less and not utilizing a common carrier to transport their materials to the Las Vegas Convention Center.

When ordering electrical for your booth, you must specify where you want the outlets if you are in a peninsula, split island or island booth. You must submit a diagram along with your order to confirm placement. Electrical order forms are located in the online Exhibitor Services Manual or you can click here. NOTE: If you are ordering a lead retrieval unit, an electrical line may be required.
