If your booth is 400 square feet or larger, you must send an exhibit space floorplan to Show Management. Please complete the form in Tab #3 and e-mail it with a copy of your floor plan to jschwartz@ConvExx.com or fax it to 702/450-7732.
HANGING SIGNS - Tab #3 - DUE
NEW THIS YEAR! Exhibitors that have a hanging sign in their booth must complete the Hanging Sign Design Notification form. It must include the height and width of the sign, the number of sides, exact location over the booth and sign graphics located on the sign. When shipping your hanging sign, it must be shipped separately from your booth using the Hanging Sign Shipping label located in Tab #14. Shipping separately is less expensive and will help Freeman hang your banner in a timely manner.
BOOTH AND MEDIA CONFERENCE CATERING

ELECTRICAL ORDERS & LAYOUTS
Please be sure if you are ordering electrical for your booth that you specify where you want the outlets. You should submit a diagram along with your order to confirm placement. Electrical order forms are in Tab #16 of your ESM.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS – TAB #3
It is SEMA’s objective to ensure proper protection of intellectual property rights of its members and Show exhibitors. This includes the protection of trademarks, service-marks, copyrights and patents. With the support of the SEMA Board of Directors, a stringent policy has been put in place. Every effort will be made to eliminate product conflicts and protect those that have legal rights to the products involved.
If you suspect another company has copied your product or has infringed on your legal rights, please review the information in Tab #3 and contact Show Management, 702/450-7662, ext. 104, cschwartz@convexx.com.
INTERNATIONAL BUYERS FOR YOUR PRODUCTS
The U.S. Department of Commerce presents MARKETPLACE—an opportunity to meet U.S. Department of Commerce Automotive Specialists working in U.S. Embassies abroad as part of the Foreign Commercial Service. Commercial Specialists from countries in: Africa, Asia, Europe, Middle East, Caribbean and Latin America will be on hand 1) to present you with a review of their respective markets 2) for one-on-one consultations on export opportunities for your products 3) to discuss products sought by their respective delegations.
MARKETPLACE is an open event with no pre-scheduled appointment required. We encourage you to walk in and meet with Commercial Specialists from the countries that interest you most. At that time, you may also schedule an appointment for further consultation.
MARKETPLACE is especially tailored for you, the exhibitor, and will take place in Room S232 (Skybridge between Central and South Halls) from 7:30 a.m.—9:00 a.m.

FREIGHT
If exhibitor’s total exhibit freight is 500 lbs. or less and is delivered in one shipment in a privately owned vehicle (POV) (car, ½-ton pickup or minivan), SEMA has made arrangements with the Freeman to deliver these materials to your booth at no charge. This assistance will be available from 8:00 a.m.—5:00 p.m. on Sunday, October 28 and Monday, October 29. See the Hand Carry Freight Information in Tab #14 of your ESM for more information on freight.

LANYARD POLICY REVISION
Under the “New This Year” section located in Tab #1 of the 2007 SEMA Show Exhibitor Services Manual, it states that “No lanyards may be given out at booths—only official AAIW lanyards may be used.” After further consideration, exhibiting companies may distribute lanyards from their booths. To better serve all attendees, we highly encourage exhibitors to use dual-clip style lanyards. These style of lanyards keep the badge facing the proper direction.

Baggage and Airport Check-In
• McCarran International Airport operates a kiosk in the Grand Lobby and North Lobby at the LVCC at which boarding passes for participating airlines can be printed.
• Passengers traveling on Southwest Airlines, Ted and United Airlines can check-in their luggage at the "bags to go" counter located beside freight door 11 in the Grand Lobby concourse.
Buyer Matching/Online Booth Program
• SEMA will launch a service with AAPEX that will provide for registered AAIW buyers and manufacturer representatives to establish meetings with exhibitors and create a complete calendar of appointments for the SEMA Show.
• Located on www.SEMAShow.com will be an expanded online booth, where exhibitors will be able to present their company and product information directly.

Exhibitor Display Rules - Tab #3
• The travel distance within the exhibit to an exit access aisle shall not exceed 50 feet.
• Exhibitors that have fire alarms, fire extinguishers, fire strobe lights or fire hose cabinets within the exhibit space must keep them visible, with an unobstructed path from the aisle to the fire device location. Fog, smoke and steam machines are not permitted.
• Hanging signs are permitted with perimeter linear exhibits, but may not exceed 12 feet in height to the top of the sign and must be flat.
• "Peninsula Exhibit" rules apply to Split Island exhibits, except a full backwall is permitted.
Exhibitor Show Activities – Tab #3
Exhibitors are prohibited from operating electronic devices or any other broadcast applications that have the ability to reach outside their booth area for the purpose of marketing to, or attracting attendees, to their booth, without prior written permission of SEMA.
Exhibitor Seniority Rules - Tab #3
Exhibitors that fail to exhibit at the Show for a period of time, for any reason whatsoever, shall forfeit their seniority pursuant to the following schedule:
• Exhibitors that fail to exhibit in two consecutive years lose 50% of their seniority.
• Exhibitors that fail to exhibit in three consecutive years lose 75% of their seniority.
• Exhibitors that fail to exhibit in four consecutive years lose 100% of their seniority.

• Additional badges required by exhibitors over the allotment must be approved by Show Management.

- U.S. Exhibitors who register by September 21 via fax/mail, or online by September 27.
- Exhibiting press badges will be held for pickup at the Continental Tire Media Experience in Room S219 at the LVCC.

Exhibitor registration is now open! Registration is available online at www.SEMAShow.com. If you did not receive your exhibitor registration password via e-mail, please contact customer service at SEMA-Reg@convexx.com. U.S. Companies who register by September 27 will receive badges, badgeholders and lanyards for company personnel register—no need to wait in line.
New this Year: Additional badges required over the allocated amount must be approved by Show Management. If approval is received, badges will be $10 per badge.

VEHICLES – BOOTH & FEATURE – TAB #12
PLEASE NOTE THIS CHANGE! Only feature vehicles displayed at the SEMA Show will be required to check-in at the Green Parking Lot on Sunday, October 28, located behind the Las Vegas Convention Center South Hall, prior to entering the hall. Each vehicle will be photographed and will be required to display a "Feature Vehicle Pass" to be placed in feature vehicle areas. Booth vehicles may drive or be delivered directly to the closest freight door to their exhibit space.
VEHICLE DAILY WIPE-DOWN PROGRAM – TAB #12
