The primary objectives of PRO are to support the restyling industry’s efforts to achieve the highest level of professionalism throughout all segments of the industry and to improve customer satisfaction; to establish and promote a code of ethics for participating companies; to interface with OEMs and the car-dealer community for the purpose of fostering heightened awareness of and confidence in the industry’s products and services at both wholesale and consumer levels; and to provide a forum—through PRO’s participation in SEMA-sponsored activities—where members can buy, sell and market the products and services that drive the industry.
