NEW THIS YEAR!

Baggage and Airport Check-In

  • McCarran International Airport operates a kiosk in the Grand Lobby and North Lobby at the LVCC at which boarding passes for participating airlines can be printed.
  • Passengers traveling on Southwest Airlines can check-in their luggage at the "bags to go" counter located beside freight door 11 in the Grand Lobby concourse.

Buyer Matching/Online Booth Program

  • SEMA will launch a joint matchmaking service with AAPEX that will provide for registered AAIW buyers and manufacturer representatives to establish meetings with exhibitors, and create a complete calendar of appointments and sessions throughout the SEMA Show.
  • Complementing the matchmaking program will be an expanded online booth, at which exhibitors will be provided an opportunity to present greater information regarding their company and product lines directly on the online Show located at www.SEMAshow.com.
  • Information regarding the matchmaking and online booth programs is scheduled to be delivered to SEMA exhibitors in August.

Exhibitor Display Rules - Tab #3

  • The travel distance within the exhibit to an exit access aisle shall not exceed 50 feet.
  • Exhibitors that have fire alarms, fire extinguishers, fire strobe lights or fire hose cabinets within the exhibit space must keep them visible, with an unobstructed path from the aisle to the fire-device location. Fog, smoke and steam machines are not permitted.
  • Hanging signs are permitted with perimeter linear exhibits, but may not exceed 12' in height to the top of the sign and must be flat.
  • "Peninsula Exhibit" rules apply to Split Island exhibits, except a full backwall is permitted.

Exhibitor Show Activities – Tab #3

  • Exhibitors are prohibited from operating electronic devices or any other broadcast applications that have the ability to reach outside their booth area for the purpose of marketing or attracting attendees to their booth without prior written permission of SEMA.

Exhibitor Seniority Rules - Tab #3

Exhibitors that fail to exhibit at the Show for a period of time, for any reason whatsoever, shall forfeit their seniority pursuant to the following schedule:

  • Exhibitors that fail to exhibit in two consecutive years lose 50% of their seniority.
  • Exhibitors that fail to exhibit in three consecutive years lose 75% of their seniority.
  • Exhibitors that fail to exhibit in four consecutive years lose 100% of their seniority.

Hanging-Sign Design Notification - Tab #3

  • Exhibitors that have a hanging sign in their booth must complete the Hanging-Sign Design Notification form. It must include the height and width of the sign, the number of sides, exact location over the booth and sign graphics located on the sign.

Registration - Tab #4

  • No lanyards may be given out at booths; only official AAIW lanyards may be used.
  • Badge holders will be mailed to pre-approved registrants and to all exhibitors.
  • Additional badges required by exhibitors over the allotment must be approved by Show
    Management.
  • Company attorneys must be registered within the allotment.
  • Badges and badge holders will be mailed in advance as follows:
        - International Exhibitors registered by August 24, via fax/mail or registered online by August 30.
        - U.S. Exhibitors registered by September 21, via fax/mail or registered online by September 27.
        - Exhibiting Press Badges will be held for pick-up at the media center in room S219.

Vehicles – Booth & Feature – Tab #12

  • All vehicles being exhibited at the SEMA Show will be required to check-in at the Green Parking Lot, located behind the Las Vegas Convention Center South Hall, prior to entering the hall. Each vehicle will be photographed and will be required to display a "Booth Vehicle Pass" to enter through any freight door at the Convention Center.

EXHIBIT SPACE DESIGN NOTIFICATION

If your display is 400 square feet or more, please be sure to submit a drawing to Show Management for approval. Of note: 

  • Vehicles must be set back 10” from the aisle. 
  • Tractor/Trailer/Rigs are not permitted as exhibits in the exhibit hall and must be pre-approved by Show Management.

Exhibitor Registration is now open!  Registration is available online at www.SEMAshow.com.  If you did not receive your exhibitor registration password via email, please contact customer service at SEMA-Reg@convexx.com

New this Year:  Additional badges required over the allocated amount must be approved by Show Management.  If approval is received, badges will be $10 per badge. Companies who register by September 27 will receive badges, badgeholders and lanyards for company personnel register.  No need to wait in line.
