One of the greatest strengths of the Wheel, Tire, Suspension & Brake Council (WTSBC) is the ability to bring together professionals from across the industry to share knowledge, discuss challenges and collaborate on solutions that benefit the aftermarket as a whole. As the industry evolves, staying connected to member experiences and concerns is more important than ever.

Beginning in June, WTSBC leadership will be reaching out to member companies to better understand what businesses are currently experiencing throughout the marketplace. These conversations are intended to provide members with an opportunity to openly discuss both successes and challenges impacting their companies and customers.

From manufacturing and supply chain concerns to changing consumer expectations, online sales trends, installation challenges, staffing issues and emerging technologies, every segment of the industry is facing unique opportunities and obstacles. By hearing directly from members, WTSBC can better identify the topics that matter most and develop resources, educational programming and industry discussions that provide meaningful value.

These conversations will also help shape future WTSBC Coffee and Conversation sessions, virtual education programs and upcoming initiatives designed to support member companies and industry professionals. When members share what they are seeing in their businesses and communities, the council can help facilitate discussions that bring together manufacturers, retailers, installers, distributors and service providers to exchange ideas and identify solutions.

In addition, WTSBC is currently developing a new virtual event concept that will provide members with direct access to manufacturers and industry experts. The goal is to create an interactive platform where members can ask questions, discuss products and installation concerns, address common industry issues and gain valuable insights directly from the people behind the products and technologies shaping the market. This initiative reflects WTSBC’s continued commitment to fostering communication, collaboration and education throughout the industry.

The more the council understands the real-world experiences of its members, the more effectively it can create programming and resources that support long-term success across the wheel, tire, suspension and brake marketplace.

WTSBC encourages members to participate in these upcoming conversations and help shape the future direction of council education, networking and industry engagement efforts.
