As we move into 2026, the SEMA Wheel, Tire, Suspension & Brake Council (WTSBC) is centered on creating more opportunities for our members to be seen, heard, and supported. Our focus this year centers on three key priorities: elevating our Member Spotlight program, tackling the most important industry topics in our Coffee & Conversation series, and increasing access to meaningful education.

Member Spotlights

The Member Spotlight program plays a vital role in showcasing the strength of our community. It allows companies to highlight their products, technologies, and services while reinforcing why they are essential to the aftermarket. Just as importantly, it gives employees a platform to share their roles, career paths, and impact within their organizations, helping bring visibility to the people who drive our industry forward.

Coffee & Conversations

In addition to Member Spotlights, WTSBC’s monthly Coffee & Conversation will continue to bring notable industry experts to an open forum where all can learn and discuss a variety of topics that matter, like talent acquisition and retention, tariffs, AI, and more. For WTSBC members and nonmembers alike, these are easily accessible and must-attend events.

Virtual Education

Education remains another core priority. The WTSBC is proud to support the SEMA Businesswomen’s Network (SBN) Virtual Education sessions, including upcoming programs focused on AI and on setting goals and getting more done this year. We will also partner with SEMA Garage to offer smaller, targeted ADAS education sessions that provide practical, technical value to members.

The Road Ahead

Together, these efforts are designed to strengthen connections, promote innovation, and amplify the voices of our community. WTSBC is here to help our members grow through visibility, education, and meaningful engagement. I look forward to continuing this journey with all of you in the year ahead.
