The SEMA Wheel, Tire, Suspension & Brake Council (WTSBC) is proud to recognize outstanding companies and individuals who are shaping the future of our industry. At this year’s WTSBC Reception during the 2025 SEMA Show, three prestigious honors will be presented: Business of the Year, Person of the Year and the long-standing Hall of Fame Award.
New in 2025, the Business of the Year Award recognizes a member company that exemplifies service, integrity and innovation within the wheel, tire, suspension and brake marketplace. To be eligible, companies must be in good standing, demonstrate exceptional business ethics and maintain a track record of at least five years of excellence.
Also new this year, the Person of the Year Award highlights an individual whose contributions over the past year have significantly advanced both their company and WTSBC. From advocating for membership to participating in events and initiatives, this award honors the leaders who go above and beyond to strengthen our community.
The Hall of Fame Award, a WTSBC tradition, continues to honor those whose lifelong contributions have left a lasting, national impact. Past recipients include Doug Dwyer (2023), Stuart Gosswein and Greg Parker (2022) and Tim Dietz (2019). In 2024, Wade Kawasaki of The Wheel Group was recognized with the WTSBC Lifetime Achievement Award. Reflecting on the honor, Kawasaki shared:
“It’s humbling. I never imagined I’d one day be honored like this. To me, this award really reflects the mentors, teammates, friends and the Grace of God poured into me on my journey. At the end of the day, I’m just a car guy, so being recognized by this group is incredibly meaningful.”
His words capture what the WTSBC Awards are all about: honoring the people and companies whose passion, innovation and integrity inspire us all.
