Wendy Miles- THE SHOP Magazine, Eastern Territory Sales Manager

7 Years in the Industry

Wendy’s work as a sales professional at THE SHOP Magazine requires that she stay in contact with leaders of automotive aftermarket companies, large and small. This gives her the opportunity to hear about the issues that affect their businesses. This also means she can get input from other companies on how to resolve these issues. While at THE SHOP, and previously RV PRO, she has achieved year-over-year growth within her territories. Wendy enjoys off-roading and is involved in leadership with an off-roading group (NORAC) and the Colorado Off Highway Vehicle Coalition. Through these connections she gets input on the consumer and legislative levels that may be beneficial to SEMA and TORA.

Following her belief that what's most important is the legacy we leave, in her free time she volunteers with Team Rubicon and The Mission Continues.

Charles Morrison IV- Truck'n America, Vice President

33 Years in the Industry

At the age of 43, Charles Morrison IV "Chuck 4" has been in the Aftermarket Industry longer than most. Officially, he began receiving a paycheck at the age of 10 but there is photographic proof of him working at his Father and Grandfather’s truck cap lot working at the age of 5. That being said; that’s 33 documented years he has spent working in the Aftermarket Industry. Not many can say that.

Being the boss’ son/grandson did not exclude him from sweeping floors to cleaning bathrooms. He has been involved in almost every aspect of our industry. From sales, to distributing to manufacturing. He’s done it all which gives him a great understanding and appreciation of our industry and the challenges it faces.

Currently he and his team operate Truck’n America with 6 retail locations in the Washington DC, Baltimore, Northern Virginia area.
