The 2025 Overland Expo SoCal has officially wrapped up, delivering another unforgettable weekend for overlanders, outdoor enthusiasts, and adventure travelers. Held from March 14-15, 2025, at the Costa Mesa Fairgrounds, this year’s expo exceeded expectations, attracting large crowds as a first-year event and providing an unparalleled platform for adventure culture, innovation, and education.
Over two action-packed days, the 2025 Overland Expo SoCal brought together over 19,000 visitors from across the United States and beyond, offering an immersive experience that highlighted the latest trends in off-road vehicles, gear, and adventure travel.
Event Highlights and Key Takeaways:
300+ Exhibitors: Attendees had the chance to explore cutting-edge products from more than 300 exhibitors, showcasing the latest off-road vehicles, camping gear, and innovative outdoor technologies.
Hands-On Workshops and Seminars: The expo hosted more than 100+ hours of educational sessions, including workshops on off-road driving, survival skills, and vehicle recovery, with expert instructors guiding participants through hands-on learning experiences.
Adventure Travel Seminars: Inspiring stories and expert advice came from world-renowned adventurers, photographers, and explorers who shared their journeys and practical tips on how to conquer the open road.
Overland Vehicle Demos and Custom Builds: Visitors were able to explore a variety of fully outfitted overland vehicles, from rugged 4x4s to custom camper vans, and watch live demonstrations of off-road capabilities and gear in action.
Family-Friendly Activities: The event catered to all ages with family-friendly activities, from kids' outdoor workshops to interactive games and competitions, fostering a sense of adventure for young explorers.

The Future of Overland Expo: With the overwhelming success of the 2025 event, Overland Expo is already looking ahead to its future events. The next major gathering will be the 2025 Overland Expo West in Flagstaff, Arizona, this May, followed by Overland Expo PNW in Redmond, OR, later in the spring.
