The SEMA Businesswomen’s Network (SBN) named marketing manager Rachel Higgins and operations manager Sandy Crespo-Mossi, both at Oracle Lighting, as this month’s #SheIsSEMA spotlight members.
Higgins has grown the company’s ecommerce over 50% within the past two years of her date to hire and contributed to the growth of their social media campaigns and overall positive direction of the company. Crespo-Mossi is admired as thoughtful, determined, and someone who looks to find resolutions and motivates fellow employees.
