Panelists talk at SBN SEMA Education session

Women continue to face unique challenges as they advance into leadership, from gaining visibility and sponsorship to navigating perceptions of confidence and authority. At the 2026 SEMA Show, the SEMA Businesswomen’s Network (SBN) and SEMA Education will present the Women’s Leadership Symposium: “Own the Room: Executive Presence, Leadership Transitions and Strategic Influence for Women Leaders.” Jeni Bukolt of Haven Creative will moderate the session, with Jaclyn Bradham of Oracle Lighting and Alex Parker of Redline Detection serving as panelists.

Taking place Tuesday, November 3, from 3:00–4:30 p.m. in Room N257, this interactive session will explore practical strategies women can use to strengthen their leadership presence, build influence and position themselves for career advancement.

Through expert insights, real-world experiences and audience engagement, the symposium will address topics including communicating with confidence, asking impactful questions in technical environments, gaining financial and business experience, documenting professional accomplishments, building relationships with mentors and sponsors and expanding access to influential networks.

Attendees will discover ways to advocate for their contributions, pursue opportunities that support long-term career goals and build relationships that help open doors. The discussion will also explore how established leaders can create opportunities for others and help strengthen the next generation of women leaders in the automotive aftermarket.

Participants will leave with actionable strategies and a personalized leadership action plan to help them take ownership of their professional growth, increase their influence and confidently navigate their leadership journey.
