Hayleigh Keelin - SBN Member Impact Award

The SEMA Businesswomen’s Network (SBN) recognized Hayleigh Keelin with its Member Impact Award at the 2025 SEMA Show. This award recognizes a committee member who goes above and beyond to support the mission, growth, and success of the council through leadership, collaboration, and meaningful service. Keelin embodies a commitment not only to SBN’s initiatives, but to the women behind them.

From the moment Keelin became involved, she found something many professionals search for: a space where she feels supported, encouraged, and empowered to grow. That experience became the foundation for her passion to give back.
“I know what it feels like to grow when someone believes in you,” said Keelin. “Once I experienced that through SBN, I wanted other women to feel it too.”

Her impact can be seen across multiple initiatives, but two stand out. As a lead volunteer on the 2022 All-Female Bronco Build, she helped organize volunteers, define roles, and bring together a powerful group of women whose work culminated in the unveiling of the Bronco at the SEMA Show. It was a tangible example of what’s possible when women are trusted and supported to lead.
She also played a key role in leading and co-hosting SBN’s New Member Welcome meetings — creating a warm, inclusive space for women who may be attending their very first SBN event. “Watching new members realize they belong never gets old,” said Keelin.

Serving within SBN has also been transformational for her own professional journey. Entering the automotive industry at just 17, without a traditional educational path, she once struggled with imposter syndrome. Through volunteering, seminars, and leadership opportunities within SBN, she found her confidence, her voice, and the courage to step into roles she once thought were out of reach.

Keelin’s advice to other women considering getting more involved is simple and powerful: start, even if you’re scared. “You don’t have to do everything at once. Show up, listen, and grow. SBN doesn’t put you in a box; it gives you space to evolve,” she said.
That spirit of growth, service, and community is exactly why Keelin named SBN’s Member Impact Award recipient.
