The SEMA Businesswomen’s Network (SBN) is excited to announce the creation of a new annual recognition: the SBN Member Impact Award. This award honors an exceptional SBN member who has demonstrated consistent leadership, dedication and active involvement in one of SBN’s committees from July 2024 through June 2025.
While the prestigious #SheIsSEMA Woman of the Year Award continues to recognize a woman whose leadership, knowledge and industry influence have made a broad impact—often through mentorship, innovation and visibility across the automotive aftermarket—the Member Impact Award was designed to highlight the often unseen, essential work done behind the scenes by committee volunteers who help drive the SBN mission forward.
The Member Impact Award recognizes a current SBN member (in good standing) who has:
- Served on an SBN committee from July through June.
- Demonstrated consistent commitment and leadership within the committee.
- Actively participated in SBN events and initiatives.
- Advocated for member engagement, resource utilization and program success.
Whether planning events, brainstorming content, mentoring new members or coordinating logistics, this individual goes above and beyond to support SBN’s growth and ensure meaningful member experiences. Their dedication exemplifies the value of volunteerism and the critical role that committee members play in shaping the direction and success of the network.
Please note: Current SBN Select Committee members are not eligible for this award.
