Jaclyn Bradham

From the newsroom to the fast lane, Jaclyn Bradham has always had a knack for connection—and a passion for progress. As the newly elected chair-elect of the SEMA Businesswomen’s Network (SBN), Bradham is bringing a fresh blend of leadership, heart, and horsepower to the table.

Currently, Bradham is the Chief Revenue Officer at Oracle Lighting. Most recently, she led strategic partnerships at Hemmings, the world’s largest collector car marketplace. However, her journey to the automotive industry wasn’t exactly written in oil-stained blueprints. After more than a decade at The Business Journals, Bradham transitioned into the automotive space with the same determination that has defined her career: an eagerness to learn, lead, and build relationships that matter.

“The automotive industry is a new challenge to learn every day—and that’s exciting,” said Bradham. “What keeps me passionate is the people. The builders, the manufacturers, the enthusiasts… I want to see this industry thrive because of them.”

Bradham’s road to SEMA and the SBN community began the moment she stepped into Hemmings. The network’s energy, inclusion, and shared mission drew her in—and before long, she was hooked.

“As soon as I found SBN, I knew it was the place for me. Everyone was welcoming, supportive, and laser-focused on making our industry better for everyone—consumers, employees, and ourselves,” she said.

Leading with Heart and Hustle

Bradham credits much of her leadership style to an early mentor—a poised, powerful woman who taught her the value of confidence, communication, and resilience. That mentorship helped Bradham shape her voice and find her footing, even when faced with the challenge of coaching industry veterans who had been in the game longer than she’d been alive.

“I worked really hard to earn their trust, learn their needs, and show them I was there to advocate for them,” said Bradham. That same dedication to collaboration and mutual respect is now a cornerstone of her approach with SBN.

The Road Ahead

As chair-elect, Bradham is already revving up ideas. With a powerful long-range planning session behind her, she’s eager to drive engagement, growth, and development for SBN members. One of her biggest passions? Creating a mentorship program that empowers women at every stage of their automotive journey.

“Mentorship changed my life. I want to give that back—to help young women feel supported, challenged, and included.”

Beyond programs and strategy, Bradham wants SBN to be a community where women can ask questions, grow, and have fun. Her hope is to foster an environment that supports both personal and professional development—one where women walk away feeling not just capable, but confident.

Life in the Fast Lane (With Five Kids and a Bulldog)

When she’s not championing women in automotive or connecting brands with collector car enthusiasts, Bradham is at home with her big, joyful family—her husband, five kids, and a French bulldog named Gunner. She’s also a certified yoga instructor and currently training for a half-marathon (because why not add a little cardio to the mix?).

Balance, she admits, is a work in progress. But her advice is real and refreshing:

“Just do the best you can. Prioritize what matters most in the moment, and give yourself grace.”

A Message to the Community

Bradham’s vision for the future of SBN is one built on engagement, support, and real relationships. Her message to members and the wider automotive world?

“Say hello! Whether it’s at SEMA, an event, or even in an airport—come talk to me. Share your ideas. Let’s make this community even stronger—together.”
